Time to Code provides technology solutions including software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

To use certain Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt our Services or servers.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Services.

5. Payments and Billing

Certain Services may require payment. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC), who acts as the Merchant of Record. All billing, refunds, and payment disputes are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's terms of service. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Our Services may integrate with third-party services (such as Google Workspace, cloud storage providers, and AI services). Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Time to Code is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our Services, including software, designs, trademarks, and content, belong to Time to Code Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services in accordance with these Terms.

Content you create or upload through our Services remains yours. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the Services.

8. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Time to Code shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through the Services. Your continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
